Ang mga Babae..

Posted by Shawilyn 1997 at 1:46 AM 0 comments

They cry about movies. They get teary with a romantic novel. They blush and gasp upon seeing a picture of a cute dog or a cuddly baby. Bakit ba ganun sila? Lagi nag a-iloveyou, imissyou, take care at mwah mwah sa text. Women are probably the greatest gift to men, from God, beside beer and sizzling sisig. Sana, walang babaeng heart-broken, kasi, tayong mga lalake, we’re meant to pursue them and it’s okay if we fail from time to time. It’s the way nature intended it. And if you are with a great gal, do everything to make her happy. Don’t ever break her heart.

Sonnet XVIII (Broken)

Shall I compare thee to a rainy day,
Thou art more melancholic and more sad,
Rough winds do make my eyes tear as I’d say,
Which looks much worse than a man that is mad,
Sometimes thy gorgeous eye bumped into mine,
Through the days of love but it needs be trimm’d.
And ne’er a day had such a smile as thine
As though in my broken heart thou hast swimm’d
Thy simplicity image shall not fade;
This is my jealous mind and pure doubt doth know,
O, I should love to hit thee girl with spade,
And with those tears I hope that thou wouldst flow.
So long as I can smile, ore eye can see,
And heart can fixed, I’ll give my love to thee.

He is everyone's hero

Dr. Jose Rizal
He is the man with a good and loving heart to his family. A man with fierce to fight for our country and also a man with a knowledgeable mind to share it with others. He remained strong in fighting the Spaniards and he also sacrificed for us. Dr. Jose Rizal, who known as our “National Hero”.

Last January, the DAZSMA students are told to watch a play about Rizal’s adolescence period. It was held in Assumption Theater in Antipolo. We waited a few minutes outside, we all getting bored and it was so hot then. At last, we came inside the theater; it was elegant and big that a thousand of students can occupy it. But again, we waited for 5-10 minutes inside. The play was named “Batang Rizal”. I really can’t wait to see what the play is all about. We started first with a National anthem then after that, two people told us the rules inside the theater.

Pepito and Pepe
A boy named Pepito, an ordinary yet a naughty student in Rizal Elementary School. It was their traditional Buwan ng Wika so they talked about historical past. It is mostly about Rizal. It started when Pepito accidentally broke the statue of Rizal that the Mayor should be given in their school. His rigorous teacher blamed him in that incident so he should fix it immediately. Pepito doesn’t really know what to do. He was so nervous, so he went to their library then he accidentally saw a book. Pepito opened it then he was shocked when the place where he’s standing suddenly changed. Pepito looked around the place and he realized that he was in the time of Rizal. While he was walking, somebody calls him as “Pepe” again and again. Pepe is the nickname of Rizal. Pepito was wondering why these 3 ladies call him “Pepe” but his name is Pepito.  The 3 ladies were the sisters of Jose Rizal and they thought that Pepito is their brother. They have much fun together.

Pepe and Pepito met and became friends. They’re so compatible to each other. But then, Pepito remembered something, he must fix the statue of Rizal that his teacher told him. He went back to the present time and Pepe was with him. Pepe introduced himself to Pepito’s schoolmates but they all laughed with the introduction of him because he told them that he is the “Batang Rizal”. So they followed it with a joke also. Fast forward, all the problems were solved but Pepito told something to Pepe that he was going to die when he became older. That made him so sad. But after some time, he realized that it was alright because it is for the sake of the people.

The play runs smooth and entertaining. We all went home with a smile and learned a lot from the play. A lot from Dr. Jose Rizal! He’s my hero. He’s everyone’s hero.

Forget the Pain

Some of the teenagers are experiencing a hard time in moving on from a broken heart. Break-ups, friend zones or reject moments are some of the reasons of having a broken heart. But there are ways how to move on and do a sweet revenge.

First, make yourself busy. Do whatever you want that will make you feel enjoy like playing sports with your friends or families, having a conversation with them or going in non-stop parties. You can also do the things that you’re never done before. Traveling is one of the examples of it. Just feel yourself free and young.

Second one, cut all your connections with him. Start with the things that he gave to you; you can give them back or much worst, burn or throw them away. But be practical; if it looks expensive and usable just keep it. Then, get your cell phone, delete his number and start to change your sim card. Last, don’t you ever talk to him again and have some bitterness on him.

Third, the best revenge that can you do is to smile. Forget all the pain you’ve felt and let him see that you have moved on from him. You can find someone whose better and will never let you fell worthless.

After all, these three ways will help you from moving on, and forget the pain. You’re still young, study first and make your dreams come true.

A Thing To Remember

What is this one thing that everyone has at night that will make us comfortable when dreaming in our bed? Pillow, that soft thing that gives a peaceful existence and a smooth ambiance on our skin.

Pillow is one of my favorite things. It comes in different sizes and shapes. There were small pillows but there were also bigger pillows. Some are round, heart-shaped and etc. I really love to hug it and squeeze it every night before sleeping. If I don’t have it on my side or in my top of my head, I really can’t sleep and it feels annoying. One of the most attractive features of a pillow is the cotton inside. It makes the pillow soft as a cloud. It can make us feel comfortable every time we lay down on it. But it is also more attractive in many people if it has different designs. It can just be plain different colors only or a creative one like seeing the face of your favorite cartoon character made as a pillow.

All pillows that I own, one of them reminds me of someone. Last Christmas, that someone gave me a very cute pillow. It was the first pillow I received. Now it’s seems so much special to me like how special that someone is.

Back to reality, pillow might be only our comforter when we’re going to sleep but in myself, pillow can also be our friend, it is like someone we cried on like what I sometimes do when I’m so depressed. I also punch it so hard when I’m imagining that pillow is the face of the person I really hate. It seems so weird but that’s my happiness.

That phrase, all things can be our friend. It doesn’t matter if it’s living or non-living because all of that can help us in our daily lives. So as I’ve said pillow is my friend that I can rely on and a thing that will feel my night be graceful and peaceful.
